As Hullbot scales its B2B services to key regions globally, the role of Sales Account Manager becomes increasingly vital. Focused on managing pipeline workflows, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and maximising sales opportunities. ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage the customer pipeline effectively. This involves staying on top of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups, and submitting proposals promptly. Your role also entails maintaining detailed records of these interactions to accurately track pipeline status.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline the proposal generation process. This means coordinating with sales, marketing, and product development teams to gather necessary information for proposals, ensuring they are comprehensive and tailored to meet customer needs.
Lead prioritisation and tracking are crucial aspects of your role. You'll need to prioritise leads strategically, ensuring no opportunities are lost and implementing strategies to move them efficiently through the sales funnel. Additionally, you'll generate and maintain pipeline reports to track sales performance and forecast future revenue accurately.
Your deliverables include efficient customer pipeline management, a streamlined proposal generation process, effective lead prioritisation and tracking, and accurate pipeline reports. These outputs are vital for ensuring the success and growth of the sales function.
