Your Mission:

As our Customer Happiness Agent, you play a crucial role in continued customer satisfaction. Your primary objective is to handle customer inquiries and concerns with warmth and efficiency, fostering positive experiences that encourage repeat business. Your expertise in cryptocurrency transactions will be pivotal in navigating customer interactions seamlessly. We’re seeking a true Customer Champion who embodies our commitment to service excellence & make our customers smile!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer tickets in Zendesk with a friendly and efficient approach, encompassing answering inquiries, resolving issues personally, and ensuring a seamless experience with Bitrefill.
  • Serve as a vocal advocate for our customers internally, advocating for bug resolutions and product enhancements to enhance customer happiness and meet their evolving needs.
  • Liaise with partners and suppliers to address support cases effectively.
  • Propose innovative ideas and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate peace of mind, trust, and confidence in every customer interaction.

You Bring With You:

  • Located in: South or Central America
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience and knowledge of cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Eagerness to expand your knowledge of crypto and customer service.
  • A hands-on mentality and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage client emotions proactively and reactively.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • BIG PLUS: Familiarity with NPS (Net Promoter Score) methodology and strategies for improvement.
  • Additional languages, especially Spanish, are advantageous.

    3 - Next up is a small task that we will send you, which should take you no more than a few hours to complete!

    4 - This is getting serious!!! You will get an interview with someone from your future team!

    5 - You are doing great and that leads you to the practical challenge that should take no more than a few days to complete!

    6 - Finally, the closing interview stage is where we ask you for references contacts. This is also where you will present your practical challenge. After that, and after concluding a background check, we'll hopefully make you an offer we also hope you can’t refuse.
