We work at the intersection of biology, hardware, and software to turn breakthrough science into practical diagnostics. Backed by early clinical collaborations, we're a fast-moving team building the future of health tech.

Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support the execution of high-quality experiments in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will be responsible for running and monitoring experiments according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to timelines.

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining system reliability—identifying and reporting equipment or process issues, and working closely with our engineering and canine teams to troubleshoot and improve system performance. Clear and thorough documentation will be key; you’ll be expected to maintain organized logs and records that ensure traceability and reproducibility across all experiments.

This role also involves acting as a quality assurance checkpoint, helping ensure all procedures are followed consistently and flagging any anomalies or deviations. You’ll collaborate closely with scientists, engineers, trainers, and operations staff to ensure smooth and efficient workflows, while taking ownership of shared goals.

We also value a mindset of continuous improvement—you’ll be encouraged to identify and suggest enhancements to protocols, tools, or workflows based on your observations and day-to-day experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, physics, psychology, neuroscience, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a lab or research setting (academic or industry).
  • Strong experimental discipline and keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot experimental or equipment-related issues.
  • Familiarity with good documentation practices (e.g., Good Lab Practices, lab notebooks, or digital logging tools).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

  • Experience working with sensor-based systems, experimental rigs, or automation tools.

  • Familiarity with version-controlled documentation systems (e.g., Git).

  • Exposure to quality control or reproducibility standards in experimental research (QA/QC practices).
