Dognosis
At Dognosis, we’re building the next frontier of health technology - brain-computer interfaces, real-time biosensing, and AI-driven diagnostics that turn canine olfaction into scalable medical insight. Our software team operates at the intersection of neuroscience, AI, and systems engineering. As we scale, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can bring clarity, structure, and rhythm to a fast-moving R&D environment without slowing innovation. You’ll act as the connective tissue between research, product, and engineering - translating complex scientific ideas into actionable timelines, aligning priorities across teams, and ensuring progress stays both fast and deliberate.
As Technical Project Manager, you’ll drive end-to-end tracking for software and ML initiatives, from scoping and hypothesis translation to structured delivery. You’ll turn research goals into clear user stories and actionable work items, define milestones across the ML lifecycle (data ingestion → training → validation → deployment → monitoring), and ensure each work stream is tracked, assigned, and reviewed with clarity. Your role will involve maintaining workflow hygiene, supporting weekly review cycles, and keeping technical progress transparent and measurable across teams.
We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience managing technical projects in deep-tech, ML, robotics, or healthcare environments. You should be fluent in the software development lifecycle, comfortable working with both structured sprints and exploratory research timelines, and able to bridge scientific intent with engineering execution.
Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, or R&D-style product development is a big plus. Beyond tools or frameworks, we value someone who communicates clearly, thrives in organized chaos, and brings empathy for both the creative messiness of research and the discipline it takes to ship real systems.
