We are looking for someone who can take our PoC cyber lab and other core products to production. And build teams, processes, and culture to ensure that our systems work reliably in the real world.
This role is for you if
You are a seasoned systems engineer who is interested in managing product and teams related problem as well, or
You are a well-liked and experienced engineering/product manager who is missing hands-on work on systems and technology, or
You are a “well grounded in reality” researcher with some experience with software or systems engineering and very motivated to dive deeper into a potentially messy engineering role
The Process

This is a critical role, so the interview process can be lengthy. We’ll try to provide a very flexible schedule and happily compensate for your time spent in the later part of the process.

Round 1: If shortlisted, there will be a 30 minutes call with founders to discuss this role and challenges that may to overcome. Use this opportunity to ask probing questions.
Round 2: This will be a system design interview. The design questions will be related to what we have currently or what we are planning. We’ll share details. You should prepare a bit if you lack engineering experience.
You may be able to gather enough information from round 1 about our systems if you manage your time well.
Final round: From now on, we’ll pay for your time. We’ll share a list of problems and challenges that you’ll be solving for. You can schedule one meeting with relevant members during this phase.
You’ll have up to 2 weeks to present your solutions to founders and most of your team you’ll be leading. You will be paid for this work, minimum ₹8,000. We expect you to communicate via emails while coming up with solutions.
