Job Description

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can translate cutting-edge science and AI into clean, modern, high-quality visual storytelling.

You will:

  • Design brand assets across web, social, investor decks, events, and product collateral

  • Create social media stories, posts, carousels, and thumbnails

  • Elevate and maintain a strong visual identity system

  • Create graphics for research communication, product launches, and community initiatives

  • Work closely with founders and the product team to simplify technical concepts visually

  • Support event branding (booths, posters, digital screens, pitch materials)

Requirements

We value:

  • 3+ years of experience working with design

  • Proficiency in working with Figma, Canva, Adobe and Webflow.

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Runway, Firefly, etc.) is a strong plus

  • Ability to design for both digital and physical environments

  • Taste. Restraint. Clarity.

  • Experience working in early-stage startups or tech environments

  • A portfolio that demonstrates range and depth

Who you don’t need to be

  • You don’t need prior biotech experience

  • You don’t need to have worked at a large design agency

  • You don’t need to be a UI/UX specialist

  • You don’t need 10+ years of experience — we care more about craft and thinking
