We’re building a pilot in-house creative studio that's lean, nimble and full of ambition. As our Production Coordinator, you’ll join us for an initial 6 month contract and sit at the center of the action - supporting the production of everything from short-form social to on-set shoots.
You’ll bring operational clarity and calm to a fast-paced, high-output team. If you're someone who thrives behind the scenes, loves making sure nothing slows the creative team down, and gets a buzz from seeing great content delivered on time, this is your moment.
What you’ll do 👀
Drive the operational heartbeat of the studio: build schedules, coordinate timelines, assign tasks, and make sure production flows smoothly
Support end-to-end production: from briefing to delivery, you’ll ensure every asset moves through the pipeline efficiently
Liaise with external vendors: manage relationships with production partners and freelancers to keep work moving on schedule and budget
Own remote coordination: use tools like Slack and Monday.com to keep the team aligned and updated across time zones
Travel regularly: expect to be on the move 1–2 times per month to support key shoots and in-person moments
You should apply if ✅
You’ve got experience in creative project management - ideally across video, design, and digital marketing deliverables
You’re operationally minded, highly organized and love creating order out of chaos
You’re fluent in creative workflows and know how to “speak the speak” with designers, editors and producers
You’re adaptable, independent, and energised by the scrappiness and ownership of fast-paced start-up environments
You communicate clearly and reliably, even when juggling multiple timelines
You’re open to a 6-month contract and available to start quickly
