Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of robotic systems, following detailed work instructions and procedures.
- Assembly tasks include precision assembly, soldering, crimping wiring harnesses, potting components.
- Carry out quality checks by following test protocols and inspection guidelines, and document the results.
- Accurately document all work using the company’s production and quality tracking systems, maintaining clear and comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve production processes and enhance reliability of the robotics systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, preferably in a production or engineering workplace.
- Proficiency in soldering, wiring, and working with electrical components.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience with digital production tracking tools.
- Experience with MRP or MES systems for work order management and inventory tracking is a plus.
- Familiarity with automation systems, sensors, and embedded software is desirable.
