The Role
Reporting to a Senior Product Manager within the Data and Analytics Business, we are looking for a highly motivated customer facing Product Manager to help lead the product development and product operations to support Lukka’s growing business within the APAC region
The Product Manager will be responsible for working with the Data & Analytics team to help support new product builds, new feature requests, and data operations. This individual will be responsible for working cross functionally with Product, Product Operations, Account Management and Sales with the opportunity to interact with all parts of the business. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a team mentality who has a background in data operations and the ambition to build data products with a customer-centric approach
Who we need
- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent demonstrated technical experience.
- Experience in a customer facing role managing expectations from multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Prior experience working in a data operations environment supporting data procurement and distribution
- Strong SQL abilities and familiarity with interpreting and enhancing API specifications
- Self Starter with the ability to synthesize and interpret customer requirements
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Interest in the cryptocurrency market
Nice to haves
- Previous experience building 0 to 1 products
- Previous experience with Alteryx or python
- Understanding of / previous experience in financial markets or cryptocurrency
- Understanding of data business models and the data vendor landscape
- An understanding of sustainability and ESG within the traditional financial markets
What you’ll do
- Product Management & Platform Support
- Improve on existing operational data processes
- Define requirements with technology teams to enhance data model, products, and data delivery mechanisms
- Implement features and products from requirements driven by customers and internal stakeholders
- Research new crypto trends and events for product expansion
- Product Operations / Data Solutions
- Proactively work with clients to understand their problems and develop solutions to ensure their data needs are met
- Prepare and track customer usage metrics
- Integrate customer feedback into the Lukka Product development lifecycle
- Advise customers on API integration and how to best leverage the Lukka Data Product suite
- Monitor daily processes to ensure complete and accurate data throughout our entire ecosystem
- Troubleshoot product operational issues
- Data Analysis
- Maintain accuracy of Lukka’s data products
- Assess various sources of crypto reference data and determine data quality
- Derive insights from Lukka’s broad foundation of crypto data to provide analysis and thought leadership
