Junior Fraud Investigator (Evenings)
Shakepay has an amazing, one-of-a-kind community of now over 1,000,000 shakers (aka “customers”) who are as passionate about our brand as they are about bitcoin. A million is a lot of people, and each of them have decided individually to trust us. We take that trust seriously with a best-in-industry fraud team that is committed to detect, prevent, and investigate any fraud, every scam, and any user who seeks to take advantage of others on our platform.
As a Junior Fraud Investigator, you support fraud investigations from both a customer-facing and operational perspective. You assist with reviewing fraud alerts, gathering evidence, and documenting case decisions while learning Shakepay’s fraud frameworks and tools.
You collaborate with Customer Support and KYC teams to resolve fraud-related tickets, escalate risks, and support customers impacted by scams. You’re developing strong investigative instincts, communicate clearly, and are comfortable making timely decisions. You're eager to grow in the financial crime space and contribute to improving fraud processes at Shakepay.
Hours: 1:30-9:30 p.m. ET, Wednesday - Sundays
