We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify top talent and support our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of roles across technical and non-technical teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish tailored hiring strategies.
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and ensure candidates have a positive, organized experience throughout the process
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels.
- Be the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and a positive experience throughout their interview journey.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting technical and non-technical hiring ideally in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage candidate relationships and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creating a great experience for candidates.
- Familiarity with veterinary practices is preferred.
