🐶 Our mission

Every pet should get the care they need, regardless of cost. Vet med prices are up 40% since 2020, and pet owners are stuck having to pick between their bank account and furry friend. At Snout, we aim to solve this by enabling clinics to offer pet wellness plans, that actually work.

🚀 The opportunity

Snout is one of the fastest growing wellness plan providers in the veterinary space, trusted by clinics across the USA. We’re a small but mighty startup team of <30 passionate people. We're on the hunt for a passionate and relationship-focused Veterinary Clinic Success Associate to join our in person team at our Troy, MI office, Monday through Friday.

💻 The role

In this key role, you’ll be the go-to partner for our veterinary clinics, guiding them through onboarding and building strong, lasting relationships that drive real impact to revenue for clinics and Snout. From day one, you’ll work side-by-side with veterinary teams, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and empowered to grow with Snout. You will act as both a strategic advisor and account manager.

If you're ready to step out of the clinic but still want to make a real impact in the lives of pets and the people who care for them, this could be your perfect next chapter. This role is tailor-made for someone with hands-on veterinary clinic experience, and Licensed Veterinary Technicians (LVTs) tend to thrive at Snout. You’ll get to apply your industry knowledge in a fresh, exciting way by building relationships, solving meaningful problems, and helping clinics succeed, all while being part of a fast-growing, mission-driven startup.

Sound like your kind of adventure? We’d love to meet you!

Snout is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We know that great candidates may not check every box — and that’s okay. If you're excited about this role and our mission, we encourage you to apply if you meet at least 75% of “what we’re looking for” including the first bullet point. If you need any accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know — we’re happy to support you.
