Position Description:
Starfish Space is growing fast and looking for someone to support us in continuing to scale and operate a variety of business functions, including business operations, finance, and people operations. This role will own multiple operations functions as the company scales. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in scaling up a startup, and to build a business around technology that can changethe trajectory of the space industry and humanity's expansion off Earth.
Requirements:
- US person (citizen or permanent resident)
- Willing to work from our Tukwila, WA headquarters several days per week
- Capable of working a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where job tasks may change regularly
- College degree or equivalent experience
Desired Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal skills along with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Previous experience owning and solving challenging business problems in a fast-paced environment
- Previous startup, finance, or consulting experience a bonus
ITAR Requirements To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
