Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, analytical, and highly motivated SEO & Content Manager to join our growing team at VirtualSpeech. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our organic growth strategy, planning and executing campaigns that increase traffic, build brand authority, and generate high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimisation, and ongoing tracking of rankings
  • Monitor and report on website performance using tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
  • Write exceptional copy for the website, including SEO-optimised blogs and case studies
  • Create high-quality, compelling lead magnets such as eBooks, white papers, checklists, and other assets to support organic growth
  • Plan and deliver thought-leadership campaigns, including end-to-end strategy and execution for the VirtualSpeech webinar
  • Repurpose webinar and podcast content into engaging multimedia assets
  • Lead PR outreach for guest posts, podcast features, industry awards, and more
  • Build brand authority through strategic media and partner relationships
  • Optimise landing pages and lead tagging for better engagement and conversion
  • Create simple visual content Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Conduct research into industry best practices to inform and refine overall strategy

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an SEO, content marketing, or digital communications role
  • Hands‑on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent written communication skills and a talent for storytelling

  • Comfortable creating and editing content in WordPress
  • Experience, planning and executing webinars and follow-up assets
  • Track record in PR/media outreach and securing recognition, brand visibility, and guest placements
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Naturally motivated to keep up with industry trends across SEO and within the edtech space
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a fully remote, collaborative environment
