Weekend (formerly Volley) is the leading developer of voice AI games for smart TVs. Our games attract millions of users every month, with family favorites like Jeopardy!, Song Quiz, CoComelon: Sing and Play with JJ, and Wheel of Fortune.
We believe voice interfaces will become the main way people access entertainment in their living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and cars. We’re building a bundled subscription product similar to Netflix or Spotify for the emerging category of “AI-powered games.”
Weekend was founded by Max Child and James Wilsterman in 2024. The founders went Y Combinator in 2018 and landed a spot on the 2022 YC Top Companies List. We’re a quickly-growing team headquartered in Union Square, San Francisco.
Weekend is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator (Contract) to serve as the operational backbone for our performance marketing and influencer programs. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who thrives on organization, moves fast, and wants to build fluency across the full stack of digital marketing operations.
Traffic and track creative assets across paid media channels (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and CTV partners).
Execute ad operations tasks including campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting within platform interfaces.
Maintain and improve tracking systems for influencer outreach, content production, and campaign performance.
Generate routine reports, charts, and executive updates using tools like Amplitude and Tableau.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders—Design, Product, and Data—to keep projects on track and ensure clear communication.
Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to automate repetitive work and scale your impact.
Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail.
Comfort working in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads) or eagerness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in spreadsheets; familiarity with BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau) is a plus
Clear, concise written communication.
Genuine curiosity about AI and automation—already experimenting with language models or eager to start.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without dropping balls.
Marketing coordinator, marketing operations, or ad operations experience.
Interest in games, entertainment, or consumer technology.
Exposure to CTV or consumer subscription app advertising.
Experience with influencer marketing workflows.
Familiarity with mobile attribution or MMP tools.

Contract Details: Fractional/contract role starting at ~30-40 hours/week with an hourly rate of $54-75 (based on experience).
